Everything was fine, exceptional service, wonderful location near to the Water park and rope car, and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and helped with the free parking. Very tasty breakfast
Very old building. Bad quality of rooms: walls with a lot of scratches, sheet with spots, broken wardrobe, broken door of the balcony. Remind Soviet times

It was ok, staff friendly and very helpful. One problem was one lift for the whole hotel and it was not good really.

One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was the location. Surrounded by a beautiful stretch of grass and pine trees, it provided a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The hotel is also conveniently situated in the center of town, with the aquapark, market, and other amenities just a short walk away. Another positive aspect was the attentive and friendly staff. They were always available to help and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, with TV, a complete bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the park-like surroundings. Despite the need for some renovations, the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable.

The location is excellent - in the very center and not far from all main sights. The breakfast was good.
The room was very worn out... The sheets ant towels - ok, but all the rest... The carpet was very dirty, the walls as well. The bathroom was very tiny with the "paper" door. No air conditioning, so it was rather hot in the room...

During my Easter holidays, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in the center of a beautiful town. The location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and provided great service. One of the best aspects was the relaxing spa treatment that was worth every penny.
The rooms were a bit outdated and cramped. The pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable, and the shower was in need of renovation.

The location is perfect, with the aquapark just 500 meters away and the market also within walking distance. The staff is attentive and the rooms are of lux class on the third floor, with balconies that offer a nice view. The rooms are very clean and neat, and the bathrooms are complete. The hotel also offers basic amenities like TV and free WiFi.
All was pretty much ok.

The hotel's location in the heart of Druskininkai is absolutely fantastic. It is situated in a very nice area, right next to a wonderful park, making it easy to explore the town. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the friendly receptionists to the helpful waitstaff in the restaurant, they really make you feel welcome and well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms are great, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are not only clean but also come with a balcony, which provides a lovely view of the surroundings. I particularly loved the breakfast at this hotel. The buffet spread was sizable and included in the room price, which is a great value for money. It ensured a hearty start to the day and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Everything was flawless, no improvements needed.
